The Terrazzo Boomerang Console Table from Rooms pairs an almost primitive-looking stone tabletop with thin steel legs. The interplay between the tabletop – with its elemental mosaic of inlaid stones – against the table’s slim-line silhouette, gives it the feeling of a functional, yet one-of-a-kind collector’s piece. Rooms, the Tbilisi-based multidisciplinary Interior and product design studio founded by Nata Janberidze and Keti Toloraia, bring a strong graphic presence and exceptional craftsmanship to their products. For their ‘Invisible to the eye” Collection, the duo used mirror, brass and velvet to offer transfixing takes on established furniture staples.
