Geology tables are made by splitting various stones in half and bringing the face to a high polish in order to reveal the composition of minerals hidden inside. The individual stones are assembled like a puzzle into a bricolage surface that is supported by a complex network of steel. Each unique stone is set like a jewel in an armature made specifically to hold it.
