Following the success of Casa Perfect in Los Angeles, The Future Perfect has opened its newest venture – a gallery showroom housed in a private residence, affectionately called Casa Perfect New York – bringing its offering of collectible contemporary design to New Yorkers and international clientele.
Located on a picturesque tree-lined street in the West Village, the exceptional five-story townhouse was designed by acclaimed English architect David Chipperfield, with an expansive garden designed by renowned landscape designer Miranda Brooks.
The by-appointment-only gallery offers a space where collectors, professionals, and design aficionados can explore a discerning mix of hard-to-find, contemporary design shown together under one roof, in a true home environment.
“As soon as I opened Casa Perfect in Los Angeles, I immediately knew I wanted to replicate the concept in New York,” said David Alhadeff, found of The Future Perfect. “The most crucial step was finding the right space to bring the concept to life in an authentic way that felt true to The Future Perfect’s vision.”
Casa Perfect New York features works by designers, artists, manufacturers, and makers from the collectible program, including John Hogan, Eric Roinestad, Chris Wolston, Chris Stuart, Chen Chen and Kai Williams, Reinaldo Sanguino, Floris Wubben, Charles De Lisle, Marta Sala, Piet Hein Eek, Dimore Studio, and Philippe Malouin for SCP.
The unveiling of Casa Perfect New York is indicative of the platform’s growing presence both within and outside of the design world, as it continues to establish itself as an authoritative destination to browse and buy coveted, one-of-a-kind collectible pieces.
In keeping with its commitment to offering a unique experience, Casa Perfect New York will also serve as a dynamic platform and destination for events, exhibitions, panels, partnerships, collaborations and more.
