The Future Perfect is celebrating the change of seasons with the Tulip Room, a showcase of new works from a selection of artists we love. Emphasizing Spring and all it symbolizes, the Tulip Room is a meditation of change, rebirth, and joy.
Portuguese furniture studio De La Espada has contributed the highly anticipated Albireo Sofa, designed by Anthony Guerrée, along with the entrancing Arts & Crafts cabinet. This stunning and cellularized new piece demonstrates the illustrious design studio’s sensitivity to high-craft woodworking as expressed through modern aesthetics. Also in the Tulip Room are De La Espada’s Orion Table with Metal Sleeve, which serves as a materially poignant sculptural statement; and the geometrically triumphant Altair Chair, Deneb Desk, and Twenty-Five Bergère Chair.
An immersive lighting installation from Bocci is dispersed and suspended throughout the space. Bocci’s 100 series, featuring handmade, expertly crafted glass in a custom tulip-hued colorway designed specifically for this installation, provides an overarching and conceptually precise mission statement to the room.
Complimenting these spring-themed lighting and furniture elements are a new collection of rugs by Atelier Février, designed exclusively for The Future Perfect; an arrangement of colorful glass vases from David Valner; and works by Chen Chen & Kai Williams, Ian Collings, and Calico Wallpaper.
Come and celebrate the arrival of Spring in New York with the Tulip Room at The Future Perfect.
