Geology Coffee Table 01, 2026 draws from the material language and process of their Geo Transition Mirrors. Its surface begins with natural stones, which are UV-bonded to a sheet of clear glass before a silver nitrate solution is poured across it. As the solution chemically bonds with the glass, it forms a reflective layer that gradually recedes, revealing an irregular, organic edge where mirror transitions into transparency. The artists intentionally prepare only a limited amount of the solution, allowing this boundary to emerge naturally. The resulting interplay between stone, glass, and mirror becomes the defining feature of each piece, making the material process itself visible.
