The BB Collection draws inspiration from the convergence of tectonic experiments in material and form, whereby many parts of the same make a whole. A simple wheel – one of the most basic structural forms – is divided, repeated and assembled in a poetic manner to make an aesthetically striking object. Each of the limbs is cast from a single, hand-carved wooden mold, repeated and assembled to create a piece where repetition becomes a narrative device. Pushing aesthetic extremes in opposite directions as a design catalyst, the BB Collection is both minimal and maximal, brutalist and glamorous, sensual and humorous.
