The Form series is a collection of limited edition works by Volker Haug Studio and Seattle glass artist, John Hogan. Metal is the studio’s material of choice, and its treatment is the cornerstone of their fabrication process. This approach to utilizing the inherent qualities of the material interlocks with Hogan’s exploratory works with glass and forges this collaboration of sculptural light fittings. Form 7 is a floor lamp, made of semi-polished cast aluminum and dichroic glass, which casts a multi-hued gradient where it leans.
