Measuring at over three feet tall, this sculpture of a pair of owls is handcrafted by the artist using terracotta clay and hand-painted with terra sigillata, a technique most notably found in pre-Colombian ceramic art. Highlighting Kim's dedication to two age-old natural wonders - night birds and clay -this work continues the artist's fascination with the natural world.
