For The Future Perfect’s debut presentation at Design Miami/, the gallery presents the global introduction of Michael Anastassiades’ Bespoke Loop Collection, a series of orbital brass fixtures that elevate lighting to illuminated sculpture. Launching in a soft green hue, the collection marks the first-ever use of color in Anastassiades’ lighting. Also on view are new introductions to Christopher Stuart’s Constructs & Glitches series, which challenges familiar archetypes through the intentional and unintentional distortion of furniture forms. Recognized for his renegade creation process, Stuart’s designs focus on creating narratives through his use of process, materials, and construction. New additions for Design Miami/ include the Kelly Console and Glitch 4 Side Table, both shown in a galvanized finish – a first for Stuart and a subtle nod to the work of Isamu Noguchi.

Lindsey Adelman has collaborated with The Future Perfect on The Ambrosia Series, a technically challenging collection of glass vessels and oil lamps that function as illuminated sculpture. The series marks an entirely new typology for the designer and evolution of her work. As the first global gallery to represent DIMORESTUDIO, The Future Perfect presents select pieces from the Milan-based studio’s highly coveted Palmetto Palmador series, including layered glass tables and lacquered screens designed as usable works of art.

Designer Lex Pott returns to Miami with The Future Perfect in a continuation of his Fragments collection, which debuted as a Design Curio last year. Created entirely in stone, Fragments offers a dialogue between nature’s naturally broken forms and industry’s polished planes. On view at Design Miami/ for the first time, The Future Perfect presents new ceramic objects and never-before-seen lighting by Los Angeles-based ceramicist Eric Roinestad. Imbued with an ineffable handmade character, Roinestad’s new ceramics and lighting offer an elegant visual symmetry between the organic and modern, the contemporary and the traditional.

Also making his Design Miami/ debut, Seattle-based glass artist John Hogan presents a series of one-of-a-kind glass sculptures created exclusively for The Future Perfect. Multi-disciplinary designer Kristin Victoria Barron presents new limited edition bronze Cenotaph Lamps, created from turned brass, cast bronze, and Aesculus burl wood, which is slabbed and aged for many months before being turned by artisans.
