Natalia Triantafylli and Andrew Scott are London-based designers and investigative makers with a shared fascination with material culture and the history of objects. For this collection, they worked together to create a synthesis that blends together the delicate nature of ceramics with organic structures of blackened and waxed steel. Natalia creates the ornate ceramic and porcelain elements with a representational character while Andrew is working with sheets of mild steel: a material which at first seems rigid and cold, but upon manipulation begins to offer up its fluid determination.
