HL07
By Eric Roinestad
Expanding upon his breakout ceramic lighting series, Roinestad has created a chandelier employing a new method of suspension to create an open, airy form. Compiled of ceramic stoneware pieces reminiscent of Bauhaus designer Oskar Schlemmer’s silhouettes, the chandelier reinterprets traditional components - column, stem pieces and filial - in the artist’s chosen medium.
